My name is

I'm a mindset and manifesting mentor, and I didn't always have a growth mindset.

My journey started in 2009 when I didn't want to be here anymore. I'd hit my version of rock bottom.

I was sick of the same sh#t different day.

I was tired of going around in circles; I held onto past pain and was scared of the future. 

I didn't love myself and thought I wasn't good enough.

After coming out of an abusive relationship, I was lost and didn't know who I was anymore more.

I had an ‘I can't’ mindset and never thought things would get better.

But this was just the start of my journey.

I remember thinking,

Then I heard a voice within saying,

‘I couldn't do this!’

‘You can, and you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.’

I dived deep into my healing journey, reprogrammed my mindset to growth, and started to apply universal laws to my daily life, and everything started to change.

I went from living in lack and fear to living in abundance and fulfillment.

I completely transformed my life and have been teaching these tools to 1000s of women around the world for over a decade, who have also had mind-blowing, life-changing results.
